Plants are speaking. are you listening?

Introduction:

Connecting to Your Garden

Gardens capture our attention with their physical beauty. For those passionate gardeners, there is a genuine love of plants. It is like falling in love. Gardeners are attracted to their favorite plants. They are excited to have those plants in their garden. They share their favorite plants with all their friends. Come, come see this daylily I have been growing, it has such a unique combination of colors in the flowers. We anxiously wait for our plants to bloom. I can’t wait for spring to see my witch hazels and smell their intoxicating scent. Their dedication to gardening is an integral part of their lives. Their gardens have a priority in their lives of which they take great pride in nurturing. Therefore, I call these people plant lovers. They do not see plants as just an object but share a deeper connection of one that moves a plant lover emotionally if something damages their plants. They demand an explanation now as to why a part of the garden is destroyed or gone; they experience loss. Plant lovers share a strong bond between their plants and themselves. These plants are like family, and they protect them and help cure them when they face an attack by an insect or disease. They feel obligated to make sure their plants get what they need. In doing all these things, they have opened their hearts to their plants. They have built a relationship. As in any loving relationship, they enjoy being in their presence. This is much the same with anyone who is a pet owner. They cannot see themselves without them in our world. They are part of us. They too are family. The bond they share transcends them. Plants move them on a deeper emotional level. Every time they admire their beauty, they are opening their hearts. When they do that, they are sharing their love which sends light into the world. The light of love is a vibration that begins to change their world. They feel joyful and happy. Other positive vibrations are the feeling of peace in their gardens. This is how plants are speaking to us through our hearts, one of those chakra centers is processing their messages. Are we listening? Are we tuned in with our intuition?
